1. How much time do I have to return or exchange an item?
Items purchased on LizardJuice.com may be returned either to a store or by mail within 30 days of receiving them.

2. Can I return a LizardJuice.com purchase to a Lizard Juice store?
Yes. Items can be returned, replaced or exchanged (pending product availability) for free at any Lizard Juice store if the item is unopened and unused.

3. Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
An item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase for this reason. All items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

4. Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
Shipping is non-refundable by Lizard Juice.

5. Are there any restocking fees?
Yes, All orders that are not a manufacturer defect may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
